  3. We will verify your identity and permanently delete your account, profile, saved trips, saved locations, and community contributions within 30 days.

To request data deletion without deleting your account:

Email privacy@tartantour.com with the subject "Delete my data" and specify which data you would like removed (e.g. saved trips, saved locations, community posts). We will process your request within 30 days. Payment records may be retained as required by law for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes.
